We personally have spoken to top bank executives on this subject and the conversations have all been the same so far.
The moral to this: PLEASE do not wait to seek help if you are behind on your mortgage payments. If you are 30-60 days (or more) behind on your mortgage payments, you need to speak to someone that is qualified to help you get a resolution.
